FIT + FUELLED
You might say to yourself:
"How can I be consistent when my schedule is all over the place?"
Your current life might look something like:
You might currently be at work exhausted, running on no sleep, fuelled by coffee,
skipping bathroom breaks, and grabbing donuts every time you pass the break room.
On days off you are exhausted and don’t want to do anything let alone workout and cook.
You haven’t had a meal since you woke up 6 hours ago but the doctors just said
they are ordering pizza and your self control has left the building.
...and then you’re wondering why you are crashing at 4am.
You haven’t slept properly this whole stretch. It honestly feels like you haven't slept in years.
You haven’t had a real meal in what feels like days (cause you haven't).
You are dehydrated from living off coffee and no water.
You are irritable from no sleep and poor meals.
You are running on fumes and your cravings are out of control.
You can’t seem to say no to the snacks that your co-workers keep bringing into the staff room.
Then somehow you end up agreeing to overtime on your days off?!
...and just when you think you have caught up on sleep
it's time to start your next stretch of work.
I'M GIVING YOU HABITS YOU CAN IMPLEMENT IMMEDIATELY TO KICKSTART FAT LOSS.

I am a nutrition and fitness coach but I am also a Registered Nurse (BScN).
I completely understand how stressful and chaotic your life can be especially with long work-hours, shift work and call shifts. It's so easy to show up for your shift and miss meals, extend your shift from 8 to 16 hours, live off of coffee and run your feet off without taking time to sit down for a meal. You are running on fumes and you are going to do it again tomorrow.
I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015. I am no stranger to shift-work, the mental and physical exhaustion of nursing, being on-call and the stressful environment that is healthcare.
I stepped away from bedside nursing in 2022 to pursue my passion of helping women become the healthiest, most confident and strongest version of themselves. I want to be a part of the movement who is helping those who want to prevent illness before it happens.
While getting a workout in or meal prepping when you are exhausted might be the LAST THING you want to do...
it may be exactly what you NEED to feel your best while working shift work.

This is what our shift work clients have to say:
